So before others say it yes I will be talking to a private doctor, however, the doctors are employed by the weight loss clinic to sell the drug. I'm looking for first-hand experience. my goal is to maintain my VLCD (very low calorie diet). ive brought my calorie intake down to below 800 calories results are dramatic as is side effects like hunger pain which i want to make stop with the drug. my main concern is shrinkage and is it permanent.

why starve yourself like that ??  If you eat 2000 calories daily but burn 3000 every 8 days you'll lose 1 kg of weight its very very easy and simple no fad diets no pills no tea no bugger all

I've taken it under supervision of a doctor. It did reduce my appetite but only for about a week. Everyone reacts a little differently though.

The doctors here in the States only allow six months of the medicine before they make you take some time off. It can be harmful after a prolonged period of taking it.

Try it and see how you feel. Some people hate it. I didn't mind it until it stopped working.

Certainly would be careful entering Thailand with this drug if you get it where yo ulive since it's likely to be viewed in the same class as Amphetamine (which it sort of it) and given the Thai attitude to this class of drug.

800 calorie e.g. starvation diets are not the solution to long term weight loss and adding something with a dodgy history like this drug sounds risky, added to visiting or living in a foreign country.

Phentermine gave me a blood clot in my leg I still have a year later, even though I'm taking a blood thinner. In the strongest terms possible I advise you to never, ever take that shit. It can change your life for the worse.

I was taking Phentermine back in 2009 for about 4 months. I was dating a girl in the states that had a prescription for it and was giving it to me to lose weight. I don't know why she had a prescription because she was about 5'2" and weighed about 110 lbs. At the time I did not have a scale but I was wearing a 33" waist pants. I did not think it was really doing anything until I tried on some smaller waist pants. A 32" waist pant was a perfect fit and I could get into a 31" but they were a little snug. I would take one pill in the morning. Eat a small snack at my 9:30 break and then have a normal meal after work. I also rode a bike for exercise. When first taking them, it felt like I was a ball of energy that was about to explode. After awhile the effects were not as bad. Then the girlfriend gave me two to take in the morning. Eventually I stopped taking them because I got to a good weight and wanted to keep fit the old fashioned way. Another thing I noticed with them, is if there was a day that I did not take one, the littlest thing would almost put me into a rage. Most people would look at me and say I look good weight wise. I am 42, 5'6" tall and weigh around 163 lbs. I eat better now and run on a treadmill 3 to 4 days a week. I have that little bit of belly fat I can't get rid of. I was probably lucky, but from my experience Phentermine worked great for me but I would say listen to your doctor about taking it. Its not something to mess with. Good luck with the weight loss.

the worst part of this diet, well 2 things...

1..yes you are seeing results, (psychological treachery) as they will slow down and cease.

2.. when you fall off this program, and you will, starvation has its limits, whatever you eat after the body will generally store as fat in preperation to the next round of starvation, and usually you will gain back twice as fast...

calorie restriction is recommended, plus a clean diet, watching macros, and sticking to it...not sure what your diet consists of, but that low calorie intake you are running the risk of many health risks.... the big one is malnutrition
