Water rates aren't determined by the size of the unit so it's really not an issue. Yes bedroom pics would have been better too but I'm assuming you're not looking to rent and definitely not in Wongamat

Studio at 47 square meters. Electric is 4.8 baht each unit. Rental price 17,000 baht pcm

One bed at 48 square meters. Same price electric and rental 20,000 baht pcm.

Both units sea view and 100m to the beach. Easy access to Naklua Road and then 10 baht into town.
