From Gatwick North to London Taxi?

Sorry for the offtopic help request to the british forum members,

but i'm going to travel in London this 23 and EasyJet arrival in Gatwick at 11:00 pm

then i wonder if it's more convenient to get the taxi (to Harley-Cavendish street area) in place at the airport

or previously booking it from web car companies like this:

thanks for reply!

Up to you but there is a shuttle between Gatwick Airport and Victoria station in central London that should be a lot cheaper. You could just get a taxi for the final section to your actual destination.

If you booked in advance you could use minicabs which tend to be cheaper than Taxis....or there's Uber.

thanks a lot for your reply Dr. Winston, i made a search and found this company at 1/10 of the taxi price:

even at that time of night, train to victoria station. try taking an airport taxi and it will cost more than your flight

and the train will be considerably faster too. there is only a motorway for about 15 miles then it's traffic lights and speed cameras for the next 20
