Why no insulation under the roof tiles Alan

Kitchen lay out .
Roof insulation do you mean that foil that goes under the roof tiles ?
Reason we don't use it is because it's a waist of time and money as over time we have found out .
With these tiles we are using the roof can vent itself and breath , if you add the foil it creates a sweat box .
We use fiberglass lagging on top of the Gypsum ceiling much much better .

Looks a nice place. Why do you see cavity walls an advantage? Had them in the first house I built, but not in my present home. Found the bloody cockroaches loved them to breed in. Don't see any in my present home. Also having been to Koh Chang on a few occasions would not buy anything on a slope due to water run-off during rainy season.

Cavity walls are good for keeping the house cool .
And also a nice feature with the window sills .

Been a very wet job , should of been completed already .

Yes a local gang the client knows , also the pool was built by a local gang .

We only did the house .
