New Plaza Hotel

What's the name of the hotel / Apartment in Soi New Plaza just on the right hand side coming down from Buakhao just before the Soi forks into two?

Has anyone stayed there, have information, photos, opinions about it etc?

It's under construction on google maps and I haven't been able to identify it via google key word search.

I do recall that it looks pretty smart in similar style to August / April Suites and I think its is a great location....

Is it NP Residence? Definitely has residence in the name. 

If you get a good price then they are excellent rooms.

  Just looked at this place looks pretty decent for 16,000 a month although their site is a little dated...

Great location I used to walk past this every day and wonder about staying here.

if you're looking at serviced apartments in the same area at the similar price I've seen V&M Residence literally at the opposite of the top of new plaza on soi buakhao for 11,500 for a month that includes breakfast and cleaning twice a week. Has good reviews and location is spot on!

This place is actually further down soi buakhao towards central road almost opposite the LKRoyal place.Have stayed there twice good VFM!

Do you reccomend the place? I haven't stayed there I just heard a few people mention it.

For the price yes I do. Has an elevator and the breakfast is simple but freshly cooked to order. Security is box behind reception open until 8pm.Electricity charged at cheaper rate than most places.

11,500 is low season price,otherwise 20,000.......many of my mates (5) were regulars there for many years but pulled the plug about ever increasing prices...........hence the special offer now.

Older members of this board may come on here and relate about their experiences with them many years ago
