Just wondering if there are any squash clubs, courts, leagues around in Pattaya or Jomtien.

Yes - there is a group that plays at The Ambassador on Sukhumvit past Jomtien. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from around 5 - 7ish. Cost 80baht per session if you are not a member of the Ambassador Sports bit which they were offering last year at just under 5k for a year including the gym and other sports.

They have 4 courts downstairs (where most play) and 3 or 4 more upstairs. 

Just turn up and introduce yourself. I was there yesterday and there were about 8/9 players across the time I was there. Friendly bunch all levels.

There is also a court at Fairtex in N Pattaya but it is narrow and more expensive - and I do not know anyone who plays there regularly although would be much more convenient for me.
