What is the correct price of the ST rooms at the Walking Street Guesthouse, 390 baht or 400 baht?

Each time I give the cashier a 500-baht note, she gives me 100 baht change, never 110 baht.

If I got 110 baht change, I’d happily put 10 baht in the tip box.

I wonder if the cashier shares this “mandatory tip” with the other staff.

Is that Swedish guy Johan still the owner?
