Napalai Hotel/Udon Thani

Currently booking .com are offerering a great deal at the Napalai hotel in Udon Thani, its looks a great hotel and only 800b a night.But is this a good location, close to the farang bars and is it girl friendly?

Old hotel, poor location but has on site thai night club.

Stayed at the Napali in 2004. Don't remember much as I was always inebriated, but I do remember it being far from the bars and mall.
