It's a regular hotel with lift and other infrastructure not a guest house.

Yes LM Metropole has 3 lifts.

All going down to the underground parking, so if you take more than 1 girl to your room. You can enter the hotel by the underground parking and save the 500 baht fee for saying more than 2 persons in the room.

assuming they all work...stayed there several times ...half expected a  block and tackle to drop from the elevator roof ,DIY.
