At least it does look like the market is dropping. First quoted at 22000 and now 17000 2 months later. Good sign for the renters/buyers, maybe!

There are two large over 50" flat screen LED 1080p FullHD TVs, one in bedroom and one in living room(LG and Panasonic). 
Full european kitchen with oven, dishwasher, large energy efficient fridgeand four ceramic hobs. 
80m from Jomtien beach, soi 9. Many extras like proper desk, quality printer, coffee machine, LED lights throughout and more. 
As its quite important for some there is really comfy(and expensive) mattress in there.
There is a swimming pool, gym and underground parking in the building.

6 months: 18.000 baht per month
12 month: 17.000 baht per month

It was previously rented for 3 months for 40k per month  Good old days will come back in the future, Pattaya is a great city.
