The Preview button is at the end of the icons in the Reply box.

Editing, as far as I know, is the same as it was pre-Upgrade.  You have something like 24hrs to make changes and then that option ceases.  Stops folks messing with the continuity of threads and also stops BM's quietly changing their comments when challenged.
