Having successfully launched in Bangkok, we'd like to introduce Smooci.com to the Pattaya Addicts forum.

Smooci is a live escort booking platform where users can search 100’s of trusted agencies and escorts, with real time results and instant booking and confirmation, using SMS verification. It features client ratings on the companions, detailed filter and search functions, and GPS tracking; so you can track your date to your door.

The ethos of Smooci is to create a modern platform which improves the escort experience for the client, giving more options through the live results and instant booking. and a more informed choice, through the rating system and photo verification. The aim of Smooci is to create a level playfield for all companions, giving independent escorts and small agencies the tools to compete on the same level as the larger agencies. With the tools gifted to companions this creates greater competition and better standardized pricing. The rating, review, and GPS tools raise the levels of service, rewarding the companions who offer genuine service and high standards, and separating out the poor performers and insincere service providers.

I had the opportunity to review the opportunities of Smooci on my recent Bangkok visit, but, I do all I can to avoid visiting Bangkok. I applaud you opening up the Pattaya market. I hope you'll be able to include independents as well as agency staff. Whenever I browsed the Bangkok listings, they seemed like all agency contacts, and no independent contacts.

All in all though, I think you have a great business platform, and I look forward to your expansion.

We are currently only using agencies on our Bangkok platform, while we complete the testing for the app needed for independents to work on Smooci (this is an app the independents/freelancers download so they can manage themselves on our site, without the need to work for an agency).

We are about 4-6 weeks away from having that app ready to release and thereafter can start allowing independents to work on Smooci. At that point we can also then start pushing towards our Singapore and Pattaya launch.

When a user completes a booking through smooci they get to rate their experience, giving the companion a score out of 5, clicking yes or no as to whether each photo was accurate, and adding comments. 

At the moment we are showing the average rating score of each companion (Ratings only show after a companion has received her 3rd rating). We are currently building the extra features to be able to show users all the comments, which should be ready within this month.

i am knocking the site, but 4k baht average for two hours is basically a gogo BF and ST price.. I would rather go to a gogo a pick from ladies that are there in the flesh..

That being said I can understand why many farangs would rather order from their hotel room instead of getting a girl on their own. The success of the service or not, comes down to the girls attitude. If customers are happy with the service it could work.  Not the first escort service  in the LOS, but many failures in the past.

I agree that it's basically a agogo pricing structure. At least for me, a "value added" is the feedback rating. At an agogo, or beer bar, you can see the outside packaging, and get a hint of attitude, but there is zero feedback on how the experience will be (unless your mate took her last night). I suspect the price point will go down with the addition of independents added to the staffing pool. Agencies aren't known for discounting their services. :-)

Another "value added" for me, were I to use this service, is no 90 baht waters. I don't drink, so it's water or soda if I'm out at a bar. I also don't like to be around drunks, so someone who's been sucking down lady drinks isn't all that appealing either. Not going to a loud, stinky (smokers) bar has a certain amount of appeal.

Yet another "value added" I see is a time based customer service model. The current "shot" based model in my opinion as a customer isn't great. That's one of the things I see as a bonus to Devil's Den. You book for 90 minutes, you get 90 minutes. If you happen to be a 5 minute wonder that night, with a shot model, 2000 baht short time fee and within 10 minutes, she's out the door and gone. With a time model, it's up to you if you want to figure out something else to do together for the remainder of your time. Back when I was actively barfining, one of the things I really hated was the second I finished, having a lady jump up and be gone.

I don't think escort services like these were ever meant to replace other venues like gogo's.

Some people may prefer the convenience factor of ordering an escort to their room. Transparent fees, no lady drinks or bar fines, etc. 

I myself prefer going to a gogo and seeing what happens. If I see something I like and she shows interest in me, I can at least try and vett her. And there's always that illusion that, if I choose the right girl, there's real chemistry and passion between us. It feels a lot less business like than hiring an escort.

I will have a look at the site soon but wanted to add my thoughts on this sort of thing in Pattaya as it stands today. Pattaya is way different to Bangkok and the number of escort agencies in each will tell you just that. In Pattaya the whole vibe is for going out and partying/hunting/mongering and coming home with tonight's prize or banging your girl in ST rooms plus the plethora of other options to get your rocks off (massages etc.). Devils Den works as it has a niche market but the sheer availability of pussy in Pattaya wherever you look makes this smooci model somewhat doubtful. Add to that my suspected idea of the price range versus the going price for what is now in Pattaya and Smooci will have to be competitive of it will fail.

Now if the future of Pattaya were to end up as some have suggested where the town gets "cleaned up" then Smooci would have a chance. Just my thoughts.

OK now I've had a look and I have two observations. First your shots per time needs work as a 15 hour booking is required to get 3 shots Vs 2 shots for 8 hours. Second is are the pictures vetted and accurate or accepted from the girls/agencies on trust?

So my initial thought stands, match the current market in Pattaya or don't even try.

I tried smooci in Bangkok a couple months ago and have to say the entire process was surprisingly efficient and painless. Way easier than going out and buying a bunch of overpriced drinks while trying to find some company. The nice thing about the escort model is that she'll actually stick around for the booked amount of time. In a way that feels much more casual and less... objective oriented.

Gotta say it must be weird for the girls though, to show up at someone's room with no idea who's behind that door.

We currently only have agency escorts on our platform while we wait for the app to be complete and can open up to allow independents on board - we already have a list of interested freelancers who have contacted us. Once we open up to independents then we expect the price to drop much lower.

i think your post spells out why the service could be  success . If actual customers like yourself enjoyed the experience and spent a quality two hours with the girl  the service will get a solid reputation .

The pictures of the escorts are hot, but you really don't know the girl.. even with all the codes. If it were me I  would make sure the escorts were sexually extroverted and acted the part to the extend where the customer felt they had special time.. We all know there are plenty of TGs that know how to give the TGE.   This service comes down to getting the proper girls. Have an SOP on escort girls expected role, emphasizing on making the customer feel satisfied at the very least. Pull it off and it could work big style

The questions are
a) will the TF or Badoo approach to girls-by-internet continue? (Yes, IMO, and it'll grow if the info available on the girl is improved)
b) is smooci better than TF and Badoo? (Possibly yes, if their software improves photos and reviews)

Smooci is only for Bangkok at the moment, unless the girl is willing to come to pattaya and you have to cover the cost.

TF and badoo are not just P4P and can have regular girls and also LBs claiming to be girls. Moreover there is the process of making contact, chatting, vetting and the girls vetting us. The girls on Smooci mean business and I assume the process will be more straightforward.

I have a trip in June and another option like smooci will only add to the choices available which is a good thing…so I  will surely give it a try before my trip if its available
