Hotel is directly over the sea and close to the port. It is not cheap but still worth the price.

A big plus for us was Martin, the owner from London, who was a good source in information (in english that we could understand) about the island and Pattaya in general. Hotel is nice, clean, quite big and the four ladies working there were super friendly. It has a big terrace and bar with great night view to Pattaya. The breakfast was quite decent.

 

The only minus point is the access to the hotel, there is just a very narrow path but once there it is ok. We have been looking all over the village but could not find anything better.
