Ask your hotel reception guys to make photocopy for you.Its easy...I just ask them to photocopy  immigration page and last page of passport..Its easy

Found somewhere now thanks for the info. Immigration want 150THB for 3 and I wanted about 20 in the end got 24 for 390THB

Too late for the OP now but I've found the Kodak shop in Jomtien - right hand side just before police box as you walk to the beach from the arch - to be much cheaper than places in Pattaya & they do a good job.

 

Recommended them to a friend a couple of weeks ago and he paid much less than he expected for a load of copying & scanning.

Was there last week and needed a quick few pics for a multiple entry . 

The guy in the shop just outside immigration uses an old I-phone to shoot the pic 

and then print them with an inkjet printer on very thin photo paper . Pretty sure no

embassy is going to accept these as passport pics .
