I'm am coming to Pattaya Feb 9 - 22 with a friend. My friend might be doing his own thing with his TGF most of the time.

 

It would be cool to maybe meet up or hang out with a veteran. I have been to Pattaya once last year in March so this will be my second trip. Most of my time last year was spent on walking street. So this time I would like to experience a little of something else. I could use a guide.

There is always a SOI 6 meetup and bar crawl, and usually a gogo crawl on a monthly basis. Might be a good idea to get along to one of these and say a hello to a few BM's there. I certainly know that's what I'm intending to do

I arrive the day before you with 2 mates ( 1 is a patts newbie )

Where are you staying? we are down near Soi 6,

Dont do much in walking st, mainly Soi 6 and beer bars,

happy to catch up for a beer or two, chat and show you around. especially soi 6 as some find it unerving first time by them self.

I think the 11th is a special day for Thais and all the bars will be closed, so might be good to have company

A group of us BMs are getting together at SITC soi 6 on the 12th, so another opportunity to meet BMs

I haven't decided on where to stay yet.  I stayed at Secrets last time.  It was ok.  The location was great for WS, but I would rather stay some place a lil nicer this time.  Im open to recommendations.  I looked at  Honey Lodge.  Looks about right.  

 

I am up for a beer or two.  Maybe even hang out on Soi 6 most of the time.  My last visit was WS only so I need to get out more.

Not all but some.

My usual hotel is the Maytarra on 2nd rd opposite Soi Honey, great place, very girl friendly, give it a look,

Only changing this time as my travelling companons want a bigger pool and bar area,

Will be back at the Maytarra in August so I recomend it

Special day on Bhudda calender, There is a topic on this forum on official holidays and bar closings, It is on there and been confirmed by bar managers

Well, I am wheels up on the 9th, but it looks like I wont be touching down to Bangkok until the 11th.  When I get to Pattaya it should be around 3-4pm.  As I understand it, just about all the bars will be closed.  I assume this means the gogo's and discos too.  Looks like I will pick something up on beach road for the first time!
