In about 10 hours, the Week 17 NFL games commence (Jan-1st, 1 p.m. EST) [1 a.m. Bangkok Time]

 

I'm seeking a sports bar to watch the NFL games. I already visited one sports bar that does not broadcast NFL.

 

Is there a Sports Bar in the Nana/Asok area that broadcasts NFL?

 

Enclosed (non-open air) and non-smoking preferred.

This is on Soi 13 and it says all the NFL games are on.

Thanks. Ended up at Levels last night, as well as the night prior, and when I checked the score, the Ravens were trailing the Bengals 20-3 around halftime (final score 27-10), so I decided to stay at Levels and pursue my, extremely expensive, long time companion.

The Tavern on soi Nana.  Its an American bar with an American following.  Has the best American food in Bangkok also.

Second for the Tavern, it also is open for breakfast for the night games.

Sounds like you found the right bar. I've used The Tavern for viewing american sports for the morning games. Your right it's a small bar with a couple of TV's. and they only show one game.

 

There's a big sports bar on Sukhumit near Soi 11 that always seems to have american sports on (replays). I think they have live games but not sure.

Just to give an update:

 

I watched most of the first half of the Steelers vs. Patriots game at The Game Bangkok on Sukhumvit.  There were three TV's, including the big screen, showing the game.

 

At about 2:15 a.m., I was asked to close my tab (I was only drinking coffee) as they were to close at 2:30.  At the 2:30 a.m., around the end of the first half, closing was in progress.

 

At 2:30 a.m., I was wondering if there was another place showing the game, but as I walked by Hooters, Strikers, and even The Tavern (which I think was closed even before the game) it seemed that everything was shutting down at 2:30 a.m.

 

At 4 a.m., the Packers are going to play the Giants, and I don't know of anyplace to watch the NFC Wild Card at that time.
