Meeting a friend of mine who speaks perfect Thai and perfect English because of his mixed parentage. He's started teaching Thai to foreigners so having some lessons to improve. 

So I gotta come back armed with my wad of post-it notes to stick all over my suitcase because of my bloody memory!! 

Beer will help with the pronunciation no doubt! 

Then it's off to Udon I'm afraid. Handy there is a direct flight from Utapao! 

Prob only survive 3 or 4 days. Burnt out with Pattaya but I miss my friends there who I will catch up with.

There is no excuse for not trying to improve your Thai. 

Will probably be holed up in Thai Rose in Soi 6 for a few beers

 

I am getting to Thailand February as well. Going to spend a couple nights at Nana, then to pattaya. I remember a bar on Soi 6 called Saigon Bar, I am going see if it's still there. Cheers!

I will be coming for 4 nights only vanishing 21/2/17.to Udon 

It will give me a chance to catch up with my old friends.

I miss people in Pattaya and the Retox sports bar menus look very tempting!
