Since no one is responding - I'll give you my two cents (USD) ...

 

I-Rovers has a "FastScore" in my model of 7.6.  Average for the entire model (all properties, all levels of accommodation) is 7.7.

 

Of places Agoda calls 1-star facilities in Pattaya, 7.2 is the average score, so it's above-average in its peer group ...

Looking to stay here on my next trip rates look quite decent for the location. Anyone else stayed here recently?

Booked a mate to stay there but not until Feb, we'll be around the corner.. I used to eat Breakfast  there occasionally last trip and thought why not, he's new to Patts and right in the action in LK Metro should have him in a spin :)
