Monthly rates begin at 18,000 Baht but does not include electric or water. Electric is 10 baht per 1 unit, water is 30 baht per 1 unit. Also, maid service is included 1 time per month or 30 day period.

Looks nice! 

... but I'm looking for a cheaper place in the same area, without kitchen but with cleaning service and change of sheets once a week, for less than 15000 baht per month for 3 months!

Sounds good except for 1 clean per MONTH! 10 baht per electric unit! Address these 2 issues & I am sure you'll get bookings!

Your web site monthly rates appear to start at 25000bt to 30000bt what rooms are available at 18000 bt per month and also agree with twicestungs comments above.

How many rooms are avaiable?

A bit expensive for that area. Not really near anything. I don't meant to tell you how to run your biz. Just an observation.
