Looking for advice about good deals in Pattaya region or Bangkok

I am looking to buy new + original 1) Two laptops 12-14 inch with budget 20k an item 2) A smart phone with budget up to 15k

 

Looking for good deals/discounts in either of these locations but I need to be able to reclaim VAT on the 3 items at airport so most of the Tukcom shops cannot help there. I would also be interested in using the 1 Card or Big C card also is that works.

 

Has anyone seen good deals around right now that meet these requirements? Thank you.
