Abandoned Batman Disco Pattaya

The club has now been abandoned for 15 years.

 

Apparently the club was shut down for underage drinking and drug use.

 

The owner tried to fight the charges in court, but with no luck.

 

It used to beam the Batman logo over Pattaya to attract customers.

 

I searched the web and you tube for some video coverage of this building, could only find a couple with just the lower floors.

 

Some say it is haunted, and scared to enter, it is very dark and eerie inside, there is no bats inside, but some sort of birds that fly around in the stairwells and on the outside of the building.

 

The stairs have no hand rails and the lift has been removed, leaving the lift shaft exposed, with nothing covering it.

 

I shot this video in 1080 HD, using a Canon G7X that is great in low light with a F1.8-2.8 lens, all footage is hand held with out a stabilizer, just using a mono-pod with tripod feet to hold the camera.

Nice video it's very interesting and I would like to walk around it myself. But I won't for a very good reason.

 

About A year ago I saw a YouTube clip of Pattaya people news or maybe the other news group (I can't remember it's name). Police found a body of a local man who went joging. I can't remember anything else about the clip but they found him in there.

 

So in my opinion it's not safe to go there. And I fill I should warn other people.

 

Also the fact that it was a man who went joging means that he died in the day time.
