Just a little too far down Jomtien for me, unfortunately.

Looks the kind of place I'd be happy to stay otherwise.

I arrive in just under 3 weeks and will be looking around for somewhere to book for my next visit - a month in June/July.

It is a pity that  some  of those Bansuan lalana condos are situated in narrow streets that almost you are in front of the opposite ones ...., but some have open  pool sight or even outside area views ,i would prefer them anyway against the Amazons.Laguna's park lane and other "sister project villages " as they are at least 40/42 sqm and some corner ones even more sqm.

And you can find even non renovated ones or empty ones  starting from 900K baht , not comparable with this nice  renovated one ofcourse...

check the notice boards by the pools  and you see rentals going for 7-8000 baht. per month.

why an agent would charge double the going rate i don't know.

I agree with you... I think.

There are plenty of condos in this development for rent on a lot of the rental sites.  They look nice, but as you say, they seem a fair way down... They are off Chaipurek (sp?) I think. But it does look nice and the condos seem to be decent value for the larger ones.

I have stayed at the CASA, opposite corner to the night market on beach road Jomtien, and I thought that was a fair way down. But I got sued to Mot Sais or the baht bus.  I don't think transport is much good where this development is?  I haven't checked it out, but don't know. Is there a baht bus, or similar service running on 2nd road? If there is, I haven't noticed it.

My evenings out, when I go out, usually finish in Soi 7 or Soi Whitehouse or Rhompho. riding the bike home is out of the question.

I am in 2 minds about this place. I am booked into VT2 for a month when I move over in a couple of weeks, and am looking around for somewhere permanent. If transport is OK'ish, I could be tempted.

Transport is the issue. You’d need your own or use mototaxis, or Grab & Uber.

No baht bus on second road. The Beach Road baht buses do go down to the corner of Chaiyaphruek but it’s quite a walk from there.
