Need a Hotel near U.S.Embassy

  I have some business at the U.S. embassy and need a fairly nice hotel. Around 2,000 to 3,000 will be OK. but I like to get reference first.  I will also be heading to the Philippine Embassy so I guess I will staying for 4 to 5 days.

Conrad is closest - almost directly opposite the US embassy.

Stayed at the Conrad and Plaza Athenee.

I prefer the Plaza Athenee..better pool and closer to skytrain.

Google "Lumpinie park hotel" and you'll get a shit load of info, most with in walking distance to the embassy. or just find a hotel near the BTS and add on 10-20 minutes.

Thanks for all the info and everything came out well.  WE are staying at the Indigeo Hotel and were able to get all our paperwork done in one day. Next time we will stay at the Plaza Athenee. I need to check out that pool they have.
