Are there monthly rates?

The nightly rate for VT5 would work out VERY expensive for a month. 2-3 times what I'd usually expect to pay.

• 20,000 for 1 year lease, 22,500 for 6 month lease (noted in description at the end)
• 28,750 month-to-month (November to February)
• Above prices do not include water or electicity

I see the 1-year & 6-month rates now, though not the month-to-month.

I'm in Jomtien next month and will be looking around for somewhere for my next visit - one month from late June next year.
