Has anyone bought a fast track immigration pass from these?

No meet and greet, just voucher for immigration line only.

Wondered if it was legit

Is it legit as in will they send you a premium lane card if you give them money? I believe it is.

Is it legit in that you are buying a premium lane card that specifically says not for sale on it? Well I have my suspicions but I'll let you decide.

Well, in theory, those are supposed to have stamps that say which airline you got it from and which flight you just got off.

In practice, the immigrations officers seem not exactly super interested in checking those, and I've also recieved a blank one once (or maybe twice) before.

So I would say you have a rather high chance of it working, as long as the printing isn't too bad.

Legit, though? Hell no, what gave you that idea?

You reckon someone is going to the trouble of printing them? I'd always imagined that it was some one who works at the airport lifting a handful periodically.

My first theory would be that someone is using the company colour printer to make free (for him) copies and then sell them online.

There are many other possibilities, of course.

I used one the other week off this fella and had no problems. Was through in about 2 mins, would use his service again.

Don't know when OP is coming but I guess you better not waste your money if you are coming to BKK in the next few weeks. I arrived in BKK a few days ago. From the time the plane landed to I get on my taxi, half hour! I didn't even use my premium lane pass (I was on business class). No line in immigration at all.

Bought some from the same company the other week and posted a thread about it.

They arrived in the post within a week or so but after I purchased them I got an email from the company saying if I get asked where I got the passes from I should say a mate have me them about 3 years ago.

I'll be using them in a couple of weeks so I'll find out

I bought one last week for my upcoming Xmas trip.

The email I got from the seller is

"REMARKS* If immigration staff asks you where you bought this voucher, please say "My friend gave me 3 years ago". This answer is best. Because this voucher is not for sale."

Price was 500 baht as there was 100 baht P&P.

It'll arrive in the post in a week or so as they provide you with a tracking number and can check where it is.

I normally use the Bangkok Flight Services @ 850 baht where a lady escorts you through immigration to where you collect your bags.

  • 4 weeks later...

Ok, so I bought one of these vouchers a few weeks ago and used it on my arrival on 24/11.

The lady at immigration didn't seem too keen on accepting it at first but did in the end after the 'my friend gave me this a few years ago' conversation she did.

Not too sure how long people will keep getting away with this and I certainly won't be buying another coupon from this company.

ok here are my observations.

i get fast track as a FF on etihad (but i have to go ask as i get out the plane door)

last 10 arrivals i think i've used only 1, last time this mid november when regular immigration looked longer than usual.

of course i ended up at the baggage belt before it started so any time saving may have been minimal

on arrival a genuine card for the airline you are flying with has EY (etihad) or whatever printed on the card but there is no need to fill in any details on the thing.

if u arrive with a different airline? "i got this 3 years ago from a friend".

worse would be a card with no stamp as it is reasonable to assume at the end of each week immigration pass each airline a pile of cards at however much a card.

on departure i always use them as i have no clue what is up the escalator and i want to get to the lounge ASAP for beer/wine etc.

this time the check in girl will have filled in the passenger details

note the EY stamp

Wow people pay for these? I get them free from my work as I work for an airline. I usually just use my staff I'd through fast track when exiting anyway!

Well the coupon finally arrived in the post late Friday. It took about a month to get from Thailand to Ireland by post. Had I known it would have taken this long I wouldn't have paid for one as I'm flying next week, so was starting to wonder if it going to arrive before I departed.

As the coupon is blank I'll have to use "my friend give it to me, a while back". Just wondering if a friendly stewardess would exchange one for one of their marked coupons or does anymore know if they have a stamp on board?

Hey m8, you've said you use them on departure. Are they blank or have they the EY stamp?

I could always say the coupon I got was on departure but I didn't use it.

If there is a long Q, just go along to the next immigration point, there are 3 at Swampy.

I usually find one has very little Q and go straight through.

I think there are 3, see map, but I've never had to go past a second to get a short Q so happy to stand corrected.

i never looked or took a photo of the ones i used on departure as it would have had my personal details on it but gotta be yes had a stamp, otherwise which airline picks up the fee?

the fast track dep is on the right just before the escalator up.

Just looked at the coupon I received and it's stamped "AOT guest" which I assume stands for "Airports of Thailand".

Should I expect hassle from the immigration desk and will the "friend give it to me 3 years ago" work?

Sorry mate there are two not three areas for the general public. I'd hate anyone to waste their time at a busy period of the year looking for a third area.

I stand corrected, well played, ..... I've always found the next one empty if the first one I get to is full, so for me, 2 is enough!!.

Sounds likely to me. I would be wary of buying old ones.

I fly business class and so the airline always gives me a premium pass as I leave the plane. They look exactly like the ones pictured, though with a different airline code of course. I suppose that I've needed to use them perhaps 3 times out of 4 though I generally fly in low season anyway. Sometimes the queue for the main immigration desks is very long indeed, depending on the time of day and time of year. Sometimes there's no one there at all.

Good for you, not everyone works for an airline!
