Most smart phones in the last few years have decent cameras I bought a dual sim phone for coming to Thailand it has 12 MP camera cost £140. After 57 years of use the eyes are not as good as they used to be and they are making the small print smaller.

8 megapixel with 720p display(also crappy) still won't help my 53 yo eyes. Of course, with rebate, a credit card price discount, and a sale price I got it for $35 out the door. I can't complain as, camera aside, it's a pretty decent phone. I just looked at Best Buy and, 2 years later, they're down to $90 but they're still selling them.

You'll be fine with any 2 prong plug, no adapter needed. For 3 prong plugs, just buy an adapter from  street stall. They're everywhere, 100 baht tops.
