Accommodation Recommendation for Mid December?

Will be in Pattaya for about 5 days in mid December. 

I've been doing a ton of research and every time I find a place I like, it has a no girls under 21 or 20 policy. 

I'm not targeting girls younger than this, and I don't want to have to worry about it either. 

Looking for a nice, clean, modern place with free wifi and preferably a roof pool with an ocean view. 

Budget +/- $60 a night.

Just have a look at Royal Twins 2nd Rd. Very central, quiet and within budget. Have stayed there for past 5yrs and find it ok.
