can anyone recommend a good visa shop take my tgf back to the uk not key visa or easy visa

I would recommend you do it yourself. It isn't that difficult with a small amount of research and you have full control of it.

Doing it yourself saves you maybe 30,000 baht and is not difficult, though it can be finicky.

Do make sure you supply as much information as possible in the online application form (usually more than they ask for)

When you arrive at the VFS office in Bangkok, it's handy to already have photocopies of everything. This includes things like blank pages in her passport.

 

You are aiming to convince the entry clearance officer your lady will not overstay her visa. You do this by showing she has a strong incentive to return home, e.g. family, job or similar.

A couple of photos of the pair of you together are useful evidence of a relationship.

The ECO will expect to see that the applicant has assets & ties to Thailand, a genuine reason to return. 

 

  1. Is the applicant employed
  2. Any previous immigration 
  3. Any children
  4. Land & assets 
  5. How old is the applicant
