Where to stay for a week in Janurary 2017

I"m looking for  a  place to stay for a week in January 2017, my budget for accommodation  is  a maxim of 1500 THB per night, I would  like to stay  on second rd or a sol  off second rd, but between sol 11 and south pattaya rd. a pool would be nice but not a necessity.Ive stayed previously at honey inn on sol 11 and at the condo next to central plaza. I am looking at ;Tim's hotel - fourteen again,Encore seaside residency,honey inn,boss suites pattaya, sutus court 1 and  247boutique hotel pattaya

whats your opinion  for a good deal
