Due to our up and coming new shop Book shop in the Jomtien area we are selling the lease on the shop we have on soi Bauhkow, now known as Book Cafe, it is a good location with a lot of passing traffic, the shop is in good condition/decor and is available at the end of the month, we will be moving all the books etc to the new shop so it will be empty.

There is a store room, a small kitchen, a bedroom with shower/toilet so a self contained unit.
