Hotels choices near Nana

Been a while since Ive been back to Bangkok. Going Oct 11-28.    Looking to stay 3-4 days in Bangkok before I head to Pattaya

Looking at either...

Phachara Suites Soi 6

Dawin Soi 4

Dynasty Grande Soi 6

 

Seems like they are all priced about the same.   Any updates on which one to choose?

phachara suites has a 1 guess per night policy, i would avoid them if you plan on taking more than 1 girl per 24hours

Can't go wrong with the Dynasty Grande or the Dynasty Inn from the feedback I get. Dawin is also a fine hotel.

Just be aware there is a lot of construction at that intersection of Sois4/6. Both Prachara and D Grande would be affected.

Last 6 years I have been staying at the Dawin

 

It's 300 baht door to door service with their sister hotel in Pattaya. Dynasty inn. If you book directly with the hotel and a third party. I find it convent. But it's 500 back to BKK hotel

Oh yes. Good point. Pachara in particular will be affected as it is right next door to that construction site. Dynasty Grande not so much, particularly the back section.

Majestic Grande is great, right beside Annies on the cut through to Nana alley,

Nana hotel, why stay anywhere else.....if those walls could speak....

 

Options

 

Soi 8 - Some nice small places there

 

Soi 10 - Paradiso Boutique

 

Soi 11/1 - Grand Swiss

 

 

The thing I like about these are they are

 

a) halfway between Nana and Cowboy

b) right next to Nana BTS, like take 50 steps and you are on the skytrain.  Great when its stinking hot.

c) Walking steps from Thermae, Climax club at Ambassador hotel, and Biergarten.

Based on the "Construction" note I think Ill just stay at Dawin.  

I need to be right there in that area otherwise I would def try other area.

Nice place indeed but be prepared for a hell of a walk to Suk Rd

It's located deep in the soi

Phachara Suites

Solo

Aspen Suites

Majestic Grande

Majestic Grande easily tops the lot but Dawin is brilliant value, spotlessly clean and ideally located

Solo was good too

Personally I wasn't impressed with Phachara though, but to each his own

Like to add my vote for the Majestic Grande...A fellow board member made a recommendation for this hotel years ago, and I have yet to find a better one in the Nana area!
