V&M terraces has good rooms at B850 incl. free breakfast.

Rooms at the pub itself are good. If you want a good value hotel not far try Sutus Court or Nature View.

They advertise  now, on a board outside, 10.000 ThB a month + utilities, for a room.

I made 16 trips to pattaya and stayed at many many hotels. my worst stay was in Butchers arms rooms. It was impossible to sleep until 5 am because of road noise and I was tired of killing cockroaches .

 

hardly stayed 1 night and left the room next morning although I paid for 3 nights.

 

 

but restaurant/bar is pretty good. had many many great food especially they cook great fish and chips.
