Hi guys. Do i really need to go to a specialized phone shop to get my micro sim card cut down to nano sim card? If yes where in BKK nana area and here in Pattaya is obvious huh? Tukum?'

 

 

Any suggestions?

you can cut it yourself if you are careful.  Just about any phone shop should be able to do it for you

If you go to your phone service provider they should give you a proper new nano-SIM for free. True certainly did for me. This will come with the correct adaptors/overlays to make it fit micro- or full-size sockets.
