Hotel no window close walking

Hi fellow, I need and hotelbor guestroom without window and not too many noise with a decent wifi for Skype calls.

 

I will be traveling underground and I am not supposed to be in Thailand . So I many need to video call at home and I would like a room that does not give away my location.

 

I found a few but around soi 4, but I would the closest to Walking Street .

 

Any advices?

In Central road, Bedtime, formerly Classic, offer some rooms without windows, on soi 8 Flipper lodge, has also some rooms without windows, but the noise of the street is great

I stayed at a place about 6 years ago. Cost 5000b for a month plus Elec. Didn't have any windows and had tv, fridge air con and was clean. I don't think they're that much more even now. It is at the junction of south Pattaya rd and second rd. It's actually on south Pattaya rd,opposite the school. Called something like JJ rooms. Can't remember exactly. It's just a single door which had all the info on the front.
