cheap 2/3/4 bedroom apartment or house

Hopefully bringing a few boys over this trip.. As far as pataya goes i have always stayed in same place.

 

Looking for a bigger place... I want a house penthouse type thing for me and the boys.

 

I want size but I don't care about it being new or fancy..  I would be happy with a run down big place for example.. More about the size to fit as all than quality..
