Hi

 

We are considering condo rental for a month, the extras are electricity and water, can anyone give me a rough estimate what these will cost.

 

Condo in Centric Sea.

Depends if they charge Government rate, a higher Condo rate or a rip-off Landlord rate.

 

Water should only be a couple of hundred?

 

If you use a lot of aircon I guess you might need to budget 3500 baht?????? Could be a lot lower or a bit higher in worse-case scenario.
