Construction noise in Soi10?

Have read reports that there is heavy construction going on at the moment in Soi10. Sea Me Spring 1 and 2 both affected.

 

Can anyone confirm this? and whole Soi10 affected?

 

Soi10 is perfect next to festival and baht bus route to WS
