How do I get one of those countdown clocks as a signature ? I tried all the editor options :-<

 

The code goes in your signature section of your profile.

 

1. At the top right hand corner, left click on the arrow next to your name. Choose ‘My Profile’ in the drop down menu.

 

2. Click on the ‘Edit My Profile’ button

 

3. Click on ‘Change Signature’ button.

 

4. Copy and paste the code in the text box

 

5. Save changes

 

That should be it. I hope this helps.

Can I add a supplementary question ?

 

My avatar is a moving gif (I guess you can picture the animation) and when I chk it in my profile it is animated BUT in the threads it is static :-<

 

Any hints ? TIA

Click on ‘Add Reply’ or ‘Reply’. On the tool bar at the top of the Post, there is a icon next to the yellow smiley face. It looks like two small chain links. Click on it. A drop down menu opens up. Just paste your link in the ‘Url’ block. The next block is where you add you own name, how it will appear in your post.

Go to the post that contains the Rep point. Place your cursor over the green Rep point (bottom right of your post) and left-click it, that will bring up a list of all the BM's that have repped you for your post.

I cannot figure out how to make animation on my avatar picture work. I looked through some old posts in this forum, but still could not find the answer. I have downloaded a few animated gif pictures from the Internet to my hard drive and inserted one as my avatar picture. The animation works on my computer, bet not in the avatar... Would anyone know the solution?

On my iPhone, when I view the site and select "content" it shows me all posts on all the forums since my last login.

 

On my home computer, I only see the option for "my content" which shows threads I've posted in.

 

I've poked around on the desktop site and can't seem to find a "new content" display like on the iPhone. Is there a way to show all new posts since my last visit like on the iPhone site?
