Can any one tell me where a bouts in Pattaya this apartment complex is actual address would be good. and secondly has anyone stayed there and care to give some info on the place and surrounding area. any info would be greatly appreciated.

There are loads of different sizes

Definitely City Garden, with various sizes, but having looked at multiple units they have 'poor layouts' (the ones I saw).

 

Example: The bathroom was WAY outsized relative to the condo, so.

 

While a very good location, behind The Ave, I think there are better condo complexes.

City Garden Pattaya is  located on Soi 15, 2nd Pattaya Road.

7 Years but it is still good condition for residence.

have rental for short term and long term.
