FBI promised it needed it only for the terrorists phone, when they found out how to unlock it, they told all the law enforcemtn if they needed help they would do it..........government lies about everything..... fuck em, leave my iphone alone

I really can't feel sorry for the government here.  Had they NOT been so overbearing with the cell phone searches during routine traffic stops, immigration inspections of average Americans traveling back from overseas, the push for encryption would not have occurred, but as an American I have an issue with unreasonable search.  I live in an area where I have to deal with U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers setting up inspection stations on the main highways in and out of my city.

also, they dont report this very often, the terrorist uploaded his stuff to the cloud, but the FBI fucked up and erased it otherwise they would not need the phone unlocked.  they try to hide that

I thought they already knew how to do this. They did say they cracked the San Bernadino killers phone. I guess they are trying to make a point.
