best hotel / Guesthouse soi 7 and 8 area

I am looking for newish clean room with window, with decent rep . don't need pools, restaurants or anything fancy.

Flipper Lodge on Soi 8 or Flipper House on Soi 7 are worth a try.

 

Depending when you're going, should be between 1200 and 2000 baht a night.

I have never stayed there,but you may want to consider the rooms above the Pig &Whistle pub on soi 7. around about 800b but that`s a guess.

 

The 69`s bar may still have rooms above also on soi 7 but don`t know if they have website or FB page.Flipper lodge may be cheapest hotel room but again not sure of price or when you are planing your trip.

I've stopped at lovely corner but they will ask up to 1300bht per night, for that you can get a nice room at April Suites.

That must indeed be new,to me anyway,certainly don`t remember anything by that name on soi 7 before,unless it`s a name change?

Icheck Inn is a new place. They have several other hotels / guesthouses in Bangkok, one in Jomtien and elsewhere.

 

Anyway I've booked 4 nights at end of April, I'll let you know what I think.
