Before they set aside their differences Raul Castro told Obama and USA to go fuck themselves as he dissed him upon his arrival at the airport with a No-Show.  If I was Obama I would have gotten back on the plane and took off circled the airbase and told Cuba that either Castro greets USA properly in the next 30 min and with some respect that the President of USA should be afforded at the Airport or we are RTB ( Returning to Base).

I've always thought this is one of the oddest relationships on the planet.

Bitter enemies, and they've allowed us to keep a large military base in their country? For over 50 years?

Where else on the planet is anything like this, or anything remotely like it, true for all this while with no hostilities?
