JUSTICE MINISTER General Paiboon Koomchaya said Thursday that if acting Supreme Patriarch and Wat Paknam abbot Somdet Phra Maha Ratchamangalacharn (Somdet Chuang) chose not to testify about the illegal Mercedes Benz that was once in his name, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) would go ahead with the investigation anyway.
