Asean mourns passing of last founding father

VIENTIANE - Foreign Ministers from the 10 Asean member countries have expressed condolences in a statement on the death of former Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, Dr Thanat Khoman, the last surviving Founding Father who signed the 1967 Bangkok Declaration to establish the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean).
