Galaxy Suites

I fancy staying near Walking Street on my next trip in a couple of weeks. Walking Street Guesthouse was full so I settled on Galaxy Suites.

 

I sent a reservation request and received an automatically generated 'confirmation' e-mail in response but this does not say the booking is confirmed or give details of room prices. I was a bit concerned that this is just an automatically generated mail and wanted better confirmation of the booking. I sent a message via the website requesting confirmation and asking if they also arrange airport transfers. Just got another automatically generated e-mail saying someone would get back to me. That was a few days ago and I have heard nothing since.

 

Does anyone know an e-mail address for the hotel (website just has a messaging facility - I know these do not always work properly). If I don't manage to confirm my booking soon I will look elsewhere.

Isn't it directly above Heavens Above  go go , if I were you I would ask from people that have stayed there about the noise levels at night.

It is noisy till around 3am. After 3am very quite.  Most of the customers come back to room late, so not an issue. Enjoy.

Ive stayed there several times already and we be checking in again in about 48hours , clean rooms, friendly staff,etc. I come back to my room all late hours of the night so noise usually isnt a issue with me. I get to get drunk from windwill agogo  and stumble my way back to my room about100 feet away. Right center of action.

I've stayed there twice and will again this May.  I always get a room towards the back end to keep away from the noise, which is not that bad.  But then again I'm hitting the sack at 4am or 5am.  Friendly staff, nice accommodations for the price.

I sent them an e-mail and still no response. I'll give them another couple of days then I start looking elsewhere.

They have now got back to me to confirm my booking. They must be having a problem with the messaging through the website.
