canker sore liquid

in the Philippines they have some Liquid you put on canker sores and if u catch them early they go away after basically never progressing to anything of worry

 

i picked these friggin cankers up when i moved to cambodia (never had one in my life before then, now get them every few months)

 

where could i get some of these drops in pattaya?  and what should i ask for?

Potassium permanganate.........I use it to wash fruit....but can also be used for what you require.
