Quickest service ..

Been to Samuï with my GF and we often eating in the same restaurant.

I was amazed how quick they cooking dishes there.

So 1 time

I have timer how long it took to cook our 3 courses. Beef in oyster sauce ,, kung with vegetable , and frish spicy kung.

Exactly 3mn 58 after our order everything was on the table ..ready to eat. ,, ! , and it was tasty and perfectly cook !

Same thing on "Hot man" thai restaurant on 3rd road, between Soi Lenkee and Soi Chaiapum. Just a couple of minutes after the waitress has taken the order all our dishes are on the table. Every time. Amazing.

Hot man is actually the name of a gay club (who would have thought) down on Soi Chaiapum, but their Billboard is over this restaurant. And this restaurant just has it's name written in thai. So... Hot man it is.

I think it's all right. It's popular among thais too, which probably means they are doing something right. About the name, it's way more fun to ask your friends if they are keen for some Hot man than Flying Morning Glory. But again, I am probably not the most mature person in Pattaya.
