I have just applied for a  FLR visa for my wife, her 2nd FLR, easy enough to apply for, and the BRP s and paperwork came on Saturday, for both her and her son, I have just checked my bank statements, and the £1200 fees have not been taken, I have just phoned the Home Office Visa, to let them know that they have not taken the money, they told me that they have never heard of this before, and it should have been taken before the application was assessed now I have to send them a letter telling them the fee as not been taken. I think I have done enough work, to get the visa, never mind now having to do there work for the privilege of paying for it lol
