Anyone know about Centric Sea

I have made an impulse decision and coming for the first time to Pattaya on Jan 30th!!!!! 

 

I have found a place in a building called Centric Sea. Has anyone stayed there? Is it a good location? Here is the map of the location. It appears to be on second road, which I guess is good, but not sure how long second road is and if its like Sukhumvit then I dont want to be stuck at the worng end of it! 

 

Ideally I would like to walking distance to WS and Soi6 or atleast one of those.

It's walking distance to Soi 6 and anyway, bahtbusses are only 10 baht.

You can catch one on Second Road, they are riding loops along Beachroad .

30 minutes walk to Walking St. Not something you would do but maybe 80 baht by motorcycle taxi? Just a minor hassle on the baht bus having to hop off one and on to another and motorcycle taxis are good fun I think but not to everyone's taste. Would be interested to know details of your booking as well was it thought Air B&B? The building itself is very new it may be hard to get any feedback on it as yet but for what it's worth I think the outside looks ok[emoji4]

Yes, found it on airbnb. BUT the lady advertising it has been rubbish in responding so unlikley I will book it.

If you're looking for an Apartment/Condo stay VT 6 is hard to beat for location, especially the first time.

Anyone stayed at the LK President yet? Just walked passed there. New looks impressive handy to most things and the LK group have a pretty good reputation. Maybe worth a look.
