Low dose Cialis

Anyone taken the 1 per day 5mg or 2.5mg Cialis daily, does it kick in straight away and do you feel less side effects, eg stuffy nose or headache..

never had side effects ..... but if you are not sure start with half a pill .... you can always increase your dosage to a level that works for you .

Never had any side effect from whatever . Cialis takes a bit longer to kick in than Kamagra

(viagra) but the effect last much longer . In Thailand i only see the 20mg version .

Some basics about these enhancement drugs:

 

Viagra (Sildenafil - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sildenafil ):
  
Viagra, commonly in tablet form (100 mg), is a drug that dilates the blood vessels for less-restricted blood flow.  Generally, Viagra might take about 45 minutes to one hour to kick in, in tablet form.

 

Oftentimes, most people only need about half a pill, or 50 mg.  The tablets are homogeneous, so the pills may be cut in half using a pill cutter.

 

Karmagra Gel:

 

Same active ingredient as Viagra, Sildenafil.  Due to the sensitive blood vessels on our tongue, it goes into our bloodstream faster, so while in tablet form, might take 45-60 minutes to take effect, the gel will often take effect within 20-30 minutes.  Again, 50mg, or half a unit, will be sufficient for many.

 

Cialis (Tadalafil - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tadalafil ):

 

Tadalafil also works in a similar way as Viagra, but it's a different medicine that works in different ways.  Cialis should be thought more of as a 36-hour drug.  Like Viagra, it dilates the blood vessels for less-restricted blood flow.  These come in 20 and 10 mg tablets, and are also homogeneous for purposes of cutting in half with a pill cutter.  Cialis also comes in 5 mg and 2.5 mg daily-use tablets so that there's always a little bit in the body's system.

 

Levitra (Vardenafil - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vardenafil )

 

Levitra works in similar ways as Viagra, but it's a different chemical, and often comes as a single dose of 20 mg.  Sometimes different people will react to different drugs in different ways.

 

Avoiding Headaches

 

All these drugs dilate the blood vessels in the cerebrum, and therefore, can cause headaches.  If these headaches arise from taking too much of any of these medications, there's nothing that can be done except to wait until the drug wears off, and the blood vessels return to normal.  Taking ibuprofen, etc., will not resolve the headache, it must be waited out, which usually takes about a day, or less.

 

I would not recommend taking any of these drugs without the advice of a physician.  Based upon various tests, the doctor can determine which of these drugs is best for you, and in what dosage.  Once you know what's right, it's perfectly fine to buy it at the pharmacies in Thailand as the drugs come from Ajanta Pharma in India, and they're the same active ingredient as the trademark patent from Phizer, etc.

 

Someone mentioned 20 mg of Cialis per day.  I would recommend no more than 20 mg over a 36-hour period.  I've noticed with many people, that because they take one 20 mg tablet every 24 hours, for a drug that's designed for 36-hours, start to get severe headaches after the second or third day, due to overlapping doses.  Regardless, if you start getting headaches with any of these drugs, lower the dose.

 

Expiration Dates:

 

Always check the expiration date at the Pharmacy in Pattaya, and look for something that's been manufactured within 4-6 months, and the expiration is at least two years away.  Pharmacies in Pattaya with high turnover will have no problem with this, and most of their drugs will be new.  If they try to sell you a pack with a closer expiration date, and won't give you a newer one, go to a more reputable pharmacy.  Most pharmacies do not take offense if you ask what the expiration date is.

 

These drugs do lose their potency over time, so it's recommended to buy them fresh from the pharmacy, not second-hand from someone who has extra stored on hand.

I take half a 20mg tablet of Cialis every day , therefore 10mg , with no side effects , used to take  50mg of Kamagra , but always gave me a bad headache.

I find it takes a couple days at 5mg a day to see effects. But once i've got the loading dose onboard, it wodks well. No noticable side effects.

 

For me at least the effect of cialis is softer then viagra. If i take a kamagra packet, the errection can be almost painfull. With cialis, the errection is more natural.

 

With viagra, the girls almost always ask if i gin ya. With cialis, no questions.
